the past few months. Unfortunately, much of this fraud is perpetrated by
customers who have legitimately purchased services, but later deny having done
so to their credit card companies. Please keep in mind this is illegal, in fact
this is a felony punishable by jail time. We fully investigate all claims of
credit card fraud which may include asking you to sign an affidavit. In addition,
if you perpetrate such activity, your credit card may be black listed and may
be unable to be used for any internet purchases.

When you signed up for a membership to one of our websites, you joined through one of our "third party" billing partners. If you wish to cancel your membership, you'll need to do so through that billing company. The easiest way to find which billing company you came through is to look at your original e-mail receipt.
Within the information contained in the receipt, you will find the billing company, the transaction ID, and which e-mail address you used to sign up with. Please have that information handy when cancelling or for any billing issues or inquiries. Once you have that information, proceed to the steps below to cancel your account.
